Claudio Castelucho (actually Claudio Castelucho Diana ; born July 5, 1870 in Barcelona , † October 31, 1927 in Paris ) was a Spanish painter and sculptor .

biography

Claudio Castelucho was born in Barcelona and in 1905 became a teacher at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. He was immensely popular as a teacher. Among his students were: Bertha Züricher , Editha Klipstein , Jacques Camus , Alice Pike Barney and Edwin Holgate .
