Claus-Hunno Hunzinger

Claus-Hunno Hunzinger (born September 15, 1929 in Schwerin ) is a German Protestant theologian .

Life

After graduating as Dr. theol. on July 25, 1954 in Göttingen , he became a private lecturer at the University of Göttingen in 1956 . From 1954 to 1957 he worked on the edition of the Qumran texts Jerusalem. From 1959 to 1960 he taught as a visiting professor in Madison . 1962 became associate professor in Hamburg . In 1968 he became a full professor at the University of Hamburg ( retired 1992).
