The Clayhill Brook is a stream in Berkshire , England . It arises on the north-western edge of Burghfield Common from two unnamed tributaries. It flows north to its confluence with the River Kennet .

To the north of Burghfield Common, Clayhill Brook forms the border between the parish of Burghfield and Sulhamstead and runs through an ecologically valuable forest area. At the northeast end of Burghfield Common, Ash Lane is a ford through the stream. This continues north to northeast through another wooded area, Clayhill Copse, and then past Stud Farm towards Burghfield Village. There is a sewage treatment plant here , which is used by several neighboring villages. The stream then meanders through Burghfield Village and Trash Green, past Green Farm, crosses under the M4 motorway and passes the gravel works in Pingewood and Burghfield Mill, before flowing directly east of it into the River Kennet.
