Clemens Grosse Frie

Clemens Große Frie (born April 27, 1952 ) is a German agricultural scientist and manager .

Life

From 1974 to 1981, Clemens Große Frie studied agricultural sciences at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn ; then he received his doctorate . In 1981 he became managing director of the VDL - Professional Association for Agriculture, Food and Environment , from where he moved to BASF Aktiengesellschaft, Ludwigshafen am Rhein in 1985 . There he was in charge of the areas of head of the agricultural communications department, head of the Rehhütte farm at BASF, authorized signatory for sales in Eastern Europe, Africa, and Western Asia, managing director of the BASF Business Center in Johannesburg, South Africa, and BASF business in Africa. In 2003 he took over the chairmanship of the Raiffeisen Hauptgenossenschaft Nord AG, Hanover. Since 2004 he has been CEO of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG with the divisions AGRAVIS East, agricultural centers, human resources, controlling and corporate communications.
