Clement Ottawa

Clemens Ottawa (* 1981 ) is an Austrian historian and author and was a high school teacher .

Life

Clemens Ottawa studied German, history and comparative literature at the University of Vienna . He has published in literary magazines and anthologies and has to date written not only a volume of short stories but also several popular scientific works on topics of cultural history. In 2011 he won the audience award of the Wiener Werkstattpreis . Ottawa is also active as a cartoonist and musician. Until 2009 he was a member of the music duo "Wir = Übermensch".
