Clemens Winckler
Clemens Winckler (born May 16, 1936 in Stuttgart ) is a German politician ( CDU ).
Life and work
Winckler attended elementary school and then completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesman. From 1953 to 1972 he was a claims adjuster and then until 2001 a department head at a statutory accident insurance company. Winckler is married and has three children.
politics
From 1975 to 1996 Winkler belonged to the council of the city of Stuttgart. From 1996 to 2006 he was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . He represented constituency 3 Stuttgart III.
