Clientis
Clientis brings together a group of 14 independent Swiss regional banks with a common umbrella brand . The core business is mortgage financing, which is largely financed through savings, as well as payments, investments and provision. The main customer groups are private individuals, SMEs and institutions.
history
The Clientis Group was founded in 2003 within the Entris Group . At the end of 2019, what was then Clientis Zürcher Regionalbank left the Clientis Group.
structure
The Clientis Group is constituted as a contract group based on contractual agreements and not on financial investments. The contract group is based on a partnership agreement between the Clientis banks and Clientis AG, which together form a simple company . Clientis AG is the managing director of the simple society. As a central organization, it has the right to issue instructions within the meaning of the Banking Act and the Banking Ordinance.
Clientis AG is the group's joint competence and service center. The Clientis banks are shareholders of Clientis AG:

The Clientis banks are independent with their own legal form ( stock corporation , cooperative or community institute) and the responsible bodies on site. Via Clientis AG, they work together in several areas, including a. in refinancing, IT, market development and compliance. Clientis AG also provides its services for other regional banks outside the Clientis group.
