CoRoT-1 , formerly called CoRoT-Exo-1 , is a main sequence star of the spectral class G0, in which an exoplanet was discovered. This exoplanet was the first planet discovered by the CoRoT mission and was given the name " CoRoT-1b ".

CoRoT-1 is located in the constellation Unicorn and is over 1500 light years from Earth. It has an apparent magnitude of 13.6 mag.
