Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC) is a bus company operating in the Canadian city of Vancouver and numerous suburbs. It is wholly owned by TransLink , the transportation company for the Greater Vancouver Regional District . The company was founded in 1999 and employs 5,200 people, including around 3,350 bus drivers. The head office is in Surrey . CMBC operates a total of over 1,300 buses.

The company is responsible for a large part of the bus traffic in the Greater Vancouver region, with the exception of the city of West Vancouver , which has its own bus operation with West Vancouver Blue Bus , and three subcontractors who offer shuttle routes. A total of 201 bus routes operate, including the Vancouver trolleybus with 13 routes, twelve night bus routes and three express routes. CMBC carries around 700,000 passengers a day. All buses are handicapped accessible. New vehicles are procured in low-floor construction, the older high-floor vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts. As a special feature, all buses are equipped with bike racks at the front, which can be folded out if necessary.

The SeaBus ferry across Burrard Inlet is also part of the CMBC offering and carries up to 21,000 passengers a day.
