Colin Sell

Colin Sell (born December 1, 1948 ) is a British pianist who appeared on the radio shows Whose Line Is It Anyway? and I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue has and is still performing. He became famous for his years of service on the latter show, where he was and is regularly the target of ridicule by host Humphrey Lyttelton . He is the chairman of the music department at East 15 Acting School, Essex.

One of his early appearances was in the early 1970s with the Yvonne Arnaud Theater troupe , which played for students, and in which such well-known people as Elizabeth Estensen and Clive Hornby appeared. Both are long-time players at Emmerdale . One of the songs that Colin wrote for the troupe contained the unforgettable lines: "I'm Flora McDribble, I live in the middle, Of Bonnie Scotland - Och Aye the Noo!"

Colin Sell also accompanied Barry Cryer and Willie Rushton in their stage show Two Old Farts in the Night ( German "Two old farts in the night"). After the break, Colin played and sang the solo We are the boys in the band (German “We are the boys in the band”).
