Colin Smith (athlete)

Colin Smith ( Colin George Smith; born August 2, 1935 in Harlesden , London Borough of Brent ) is a former British javelin thrower .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games, he won for England starting in Cardiff in 1958 with 71.29 m gold and 1962 in Perth with his personal best of 77.94 m silver.

In 1958, 1959 and 1963 he became English champion.
