Communauté de communes du Pays de Marmoutier
The Communauté de communes du Pays de Marmoutier is a former association of municipalities in the Bas-Rhin department in the French region of Alsace . The Communauté de communes has existed since December 13, 1999. At that time, it replaced the intercommunal umbrella association, the Syndicat intercommunal à vocations multiples ( SIVOM ) de Marmoutier .
The community association merged with the Communauté de communes de la Sommerau with effect from January 1, 2013 , thereby forming the new Communauté de communes du Pays de Marmoutier-Sommerau .
