Schwenheim (German: Schweinheim ) is a French commune with 760 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ). Until July 19, 1953, the place was called "Schweinheim". The neighboring communities are Furchhausen in the east, Wolschheim in the southeast, Lochwiller in the south, Marmoutier in the southeast and Otterswiller in the northeast.
