Wilwisheim is a French commune with 725 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin département in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ). She is a member of the Communauté de communes du Pays de la Zorn . An important source of income is the agriculture .
geography
The village is located in the Upper Rhine Plain on the north bank of the Zorn River . Wilwisheim is served by the SNCF with its own train station. The department road D 421 runs parallel to the railway line and leads to the city of Saverne in a westerly direction after about twelve kilometers .
