Weiterswiller (German Weitersweiler ) is a French commune with 521 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ). It is located in the Palatinate Forest-Vosges du Nord biosphere reserve . The neighboring communities are Sparsbach in the north, Weinbourg in the northeast, Obersoultzbach in the east, Bouxwiller in the southeast, Neuwiller-lès-Saverne in the south, La Petite-Pierre in the west and Erckartswiller in the northwest.

Attractions
The Church of St. Michael, now a Protestant Church ( Temple protestant ), from the 15th century. It was built in the Gothic style and has a large number of wall paintings.
