Obermodern-Zutzendorf is a French commune with 1,681 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region ( Alsace until 2015 ).

Until January 1st 1974 it was called "Modern".
On April 17, 1983, it merged with the community of Zutzendorf. It is also known that the villages were called "Obermotter" and "Zutzendorff" in the 18th century.
