Concept vehicle
The term concept vehicle describes an automotive design study .
Concept vehicles are often used by automobile manufacturers as test objects to test major changes to the typical company design for their suitability for the public. They are usually unveiled at major automobile shows . However, most of the concepts will not be further developed for series production .
Another type of concept vehicle are so-called feasibility studies . Technical aspects are in the foreground, less the optical design.
