The Condoriri or Condoriri group is one of the most famous mountain regions of the Cordillera Real in Bolivia . It is located between the Huayna Potosi and the Negruni group . The highest peak is the 5648  m high Cabeza de Condor (the head of the Condor), also called Condoriri in simplified form.

Approach

The valley town of Tuni can be easily reached in two hours from La Paz , but not by public transport. You hike three hours from Tuni to the center of the Condoriri group, to the Laguna Chiar Khota . This is not only the first campsite of the Condoriritrek, but also the base camp for the numerous high peaks of the mountain group.

Condoriritrek

The Condoriritrek, which leads from Tuni into the Zongo Valley in three days, is relatively frequent .
