Confession is an Australian metalcore band from Melbourne, founded in 2008 .
history
Confession was founded in 2008 by former I-Killed-the-Prom-Queen singer Michael Crafter . After several line-up changes, the band consists of Crafter ( vocals ), Lindsay Antica and Russell Holland (both electric guitar ) as well as Steven French ( electric bass ) and Jake Dargavile ( drums ). Confession released their EP Can't Live, Can't Breathe on Resist Records in 2008 . The debut album Cancer followed a year later. In 2011 the second album The Long Way Home followed , which was able to position itself at number 47 on the Australian album charts . With the follow-up album Life and Death , they reached the top 20 in July 2014.
The band toured Australia and Europe several times . In February and March 2013 Confession played for the first time on all shows of the Soundwave Festival .
