Coni Allemann

Coni Allemann (born October 11, 1963 in Klosters , Canton of Graubünden ) is a Swiss musician and cabaret artist . He is known to a wide audience , especially in Graubünden, as Bartli Valär, the figure of a smart Walser farmer.

Career

After training as a typesetter, he wrote and staged the musical Träume in 1987 and has since published 8 CDs and 3 books and has performed in over 10 stage programs. His songs, Drei Zürcher im Schnee , Brillelied , Geborä zum Heuä and 10 kleine Subaru are well known . For the local radio station in Graubünden, Radio Grischa , he recorded many skits that were broadcast daily for a long time. In the 1990s he was also politically active as a member of the Klosters municipal council. On his 8th CD Bündnerteller he recorded his first Bündner hit under the title Drei Zürcher im Schnee - freshly snowed in in a hip-hop version, where he played all the instruments himself.

In 2019 he published a book with Walser German poems, which was accompanied by a CD with some settings of the poems.
