Conny Hamann-Boeriths (born September 16, 1969 in Sønderborg ; born Conny Hamann ) is a former Danish handball player .

Career

Conny Hamann-Boeriths initially played for the Danish club Lundtoft IF. The backcourt player later played for the Danish first division club Horsens HK , the Danish first division club GOG , the German Bundesliga club Bayer 04 Leverkusen and the German second division Teutonia Riemke . In 2000 she returned to GOG. Two years later she joined Skjern Håndbold .

Conny Hamann-Boeriths played 70 international matches for the Danish women's national handball team , in which she scored 158 goals. With Denmark she won the gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games , the gold medal at the European Championship in 1994 and the silver medal at the World Championship in 1993 .

She is married to the former handball player René Hamann-Boeriths .
