Its construction began in 2008 and was completed in 2013. The building is used exclusively as a hotel, with the exception of technical facilities for operating the structure. A total of 552 hotel suites are distributed over its floors. Architecturally, the hotel building is characterized by a rectangular floor plan, with several small downgrades being built into its facade. A flat roof forms the end. The facade of the skyscraper was completely clad with glass.
