Constantin Hamm

Constantin Hamm (born May 28, 1807 in Lindlar ; † December 28, 1885 in Cologne ) was a German cloth manufacturer and from 1874 to 1885 a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hamm founded a cloth factory in Wipperfürth with his brother Ewald in 1837 , where a street is named after him today. In 1874 he was elected for the constituency administrative district Cologne 6 (Mülheim, Wipperfürth, Gummersbach) and the center in the German Reichstag . He represented the constituency as a member of parliament until 1881.
