history
The club was founded in 1977 as Conwy United and was a founding member of the League of Wales . In the first season 1992/93 the club reached 7th place. Three years later, the best result in the league was achieved with third place.
In 1996 the team was represented in the Intertoto Cup and finished last in the group with Silkeborg IF , Zagłębie Lubin , Sporting Charleroi and SV Ried with only one draw in four games.
After eight seasons in the League of Wales , the team had to go into the second division . But she joined the Welsh Alliance League until 2011. After that, the team is back in the 2nd division and has been renamed Conwy Borough FC .
