The Cook skirt is a 45  m high and arched cliff in the archipelago of the South Sandwich Islands . In the Nelson Channel it is 25 m east of Trousers Rock and around 500 m northeast of Braces Point on Vindication Island .

The rock was mapped and named by scientists from the British Discovery Investigations in 1930. It is named after the British navigator and explorer James Cook (1728–1779).

Cook Rock and neighboring cliffs like Tomblin Rock and Trousers Rock are considered the eroded remnants of extensive volcanoes.
