Cor Veldhoen
Cor Veldhoen (born April 6, 1939 in Rotterdam , † October 11, 2005 there ) was a Dutch football player .
Cor Veldhoen made his debut in the first team of Feyenoord Rotterdam in 1956 at the age of 17 . In the 1960s he was one of the most successful Dutch footballers. The left-back won the championship with Feyenoord in 1961 , 1962 , 1965 and 1969 , and the Dutch Cup in 1965 and 1969 . He scored two goals in 380 league games.
Between 1961 and 1967 he was also appointed to the Dutch national football team 27 times . Under the leadership of the Romanian national coach Elek Schwartz , he made his debut on May 14, 1961 in the World Cup qualifier against the GDR (1-1 in Leipzig) for the Netherlands.
He ended his career in 1970 - the year Feyenoord won the European Champion Clubs' Cup.
