Corbridge is a small town on the River Tyne in Northumberland , in the north of England, and has a population of just over 4,000. It emerged from the Roman Coriosopitum camp , the remains of which can be viewed as an open-air museum. Another attraction is St. Andrews Church from the 14th century, the oldest parts of which date from the Romanesque .

Corbridge has a train station on the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway route and is on the old Roman road, Dere Street .
