Cori Bartel (born June 21, 1971 in Humboldt , Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian curler . She currently plays the lead position at the Calgary WC in Calgary .
Bartel won the Canadian Olympic Curling Trails on December 12, 2009 with the team of Skip Cheryl Bernard , Third Susan O'Connor , Second Carolyn Darbyshire , Alternate Kristie Moore and represented Canada with this team at the XXI. Winter Olympics in curling. She won the Olympic silver medal with her team on February 26, 2010 after a 6: 7 defeat after an additional end against the defending champions from Sweden to Skip Anette Norberg .
