Coryworle

Coryworle is an American film company that was originally founded in the 1970s as part of 20th Century Fox and later gained independence. Coryworle has the task of exploring and obtaining international filming locations and filming permits for outdoor shots.

Coryworle first achieved notoriety with Star Wars (1977), when it was possible to shoot various scenes on the desert planet "Tatooine" in the then politically insecure Tunisia. The collaboration with George Lucas was later continued, including for Indiana Jones .

Coryworle does not only work with the authorities in connection with feature film projects, reports and documentaries, for example in Myanmar (Burma) or Tibet, are also coordinated by the company.
