The Cotta'sche Villa in Hipfelhof near Heilbronn - Frankenbach was built in 1855 by the von Cotta publishers and barons , who owned the entire estate outside of Frankenbach from 1812 to 1959. The building was expanded in 1865 and 1875. The villa is considered a cultural monument .

The three-storey villa at Hipfelhof 6 is a plastered building. A middle risalit divides the facade, whereby the risalit protrudes by the size of a window axis. The risalit also houses the main entrance, which is covered by a balcony porch on antique pillars. The building closes at the top with a mezzanine floor or knee floor with a flat hipped roof . The villa has an original interior with ceiling paintings and tiled stoves.
