Courtenay Edward Stevens
Courtenay Edward Stevens (born April 14, 1905 in London , † September 1, 1976 in Oxford ) was a British ancient historian .
Live and act
He was a member of the Inklings , the informal literary circle around CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien . At Inklings he was called Tom (or Tom Brown ). He was a Fellow (1955-1972) at Magdalen College of the University of Oxford .
