Cova de Santa Inés (Catalan: Santa Agnés) is an underground chapel located in a natural cave on the Spanish island of Ibiza .

The entrance to the chapel is near Sa Talaia de Sant Antoni, next to the road to Santa Agnès de Corona , in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany . The chapel is mentioned in various documents from the fourteenth century. In the second half of the nineteenth century, Luis Salvador of Austria describes the cave in his writings as a large room with a water fountain in which religious ceremonies were held.

On April 24, 1964, the chapel was listed as a historical monument and included in the list of Bien de Interés Cultural Monumento histórico Código: RI-51-0001609. The chapel was restored in 1981.
