cph Deutschland Chemie- Produktions- und Handelsgesellschaft mbH is a family company based in Essen . It is a supplier of industrial adhesives. The company's core product range is the production of labeling adhesives for the food industry, the packaging industry, the paper processing industry and the cigarette industry.

The CPH Group has production facilities in Russia , Ukraine , Portugal and Germany . We export to over 80 countries. Over 90 percent of the adhesives are exported from German production. The company was the first German company to be validated in accordance with the EC Eco Audit (EMAS 1836/93) . In the meantime, cph has switched to the worldwide DIN EN ISO 14001 .

history

In 1975 Gerwin Schüttpelz founded the CPH Chemie production and trading company as a distributor of industrial adhesives . In 1977 the production of starch and cellulose adhesives started . In 1983 the company developed the first protein-based labeling adhesive. In 1990, CPH was asked by the then Essen-based Coca-Cola Germany to develop a special labeling adhesive for PET bottles. In 1999 the company was renamed CPH Deutschland GmbH. This was followed by the establishment of a production facility in Ukraine and CPH Industries Moscow . In 2002 the company took part in CPH Quimica in Portugal and in 2009 a subsidiary was founded in the Netherlands .

Products

  • Labeling adhesives for all fields of application, e.g. B. glass or plastic bottles in the beverage industry, as well as all other imaginable labeling tasks such. Awards

The CPH Group has been nominated several times for the Oskar Patzelt Foundation's large medium -sized business award, was one of the finalists in 2007 and was awarded the prize in 2009.
