Crépinette

As Crépinette , in German as a network sausage is called a French sausage specialty .

The crépinette is a flat sausage made from meat farce or a salpicon tied with a thick sauce , which is filled in pork nets. Veal , lamb , beef , pork , but also poultry are often used as types of meat . The sausage mixture contains chopped parsley as a typical ingredient .
