The Croix de Gasperich , ( Luxembourgish Gaasperecher Kräiz , German  Gaspericher Kreuz ), is a motorway junction south of Luxembourg City in Luxembourg . It represents a connection between three of Luxembourg's six motorways . In the east-west direction, the A6 coming from Belgium merges with the A1 leading to Germany and becomes the north-south A3 , which connects to France represents crossed. The name of the motorway junction comes from the Gasperich district of the same name in Luxembourg City, where the junction is located. On the A6 in front of the cross is the remarkable Cloche-d'Or water tower .
