The Crown Peak (English for Kronenspitze ) is a 1185 m high and icy mountain in Grahamland in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 10 miles east of Cape Roquemaurel on the Trinity Peninsula from the southern end of Marescot Ridge .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey named the mountain in the course of survey work in this area in 1946. It is named after the ice formations at the top of the mountain, which look like a crown .
