Cuchilla del Fuego is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Paysandú department in sector 8 . Cuchilla del Fuego is located southeast of Cañada del Pueblo and north of Merinos in the eastern center of the department. The distance to the southwestern Beisso is 30 kilometers. At the Cerro de la Oficina to the north of the village, the de la Aguada is a tributary of the Río Queguay Chico . To the northeast of Cuchilla del Fuegos is the source of the de los Molles , which is a tributary of the Río Queguay Grande .
