The Río Queguay (also: Queguay Grande ) is a river in Uruguay .

As a tributary of the Río Uruguay, it flows from its source in the Cuchilla de Queguay in an east-west direction through the Departamento Paysandú before it flows into it after 280 km. Its catchment area covers an area of ​​7866 km². The main tributaries are the Río Queguay Chico and the Soto and Quebracho Grande streams .

Limestone deposits can be found on the Río Queguay .
