Talal Mansour Bakhit ar-Rahim ( Arabic طلال منصور, DMG Ṭalāl Manṣūr ; * May 8, 1964 ) is a former Qatari athlete .

He was known as a sprinter and set his personal best on June 18, 1992 with 10.14 seconds in the 100-meter run in Budapest . He holds the Asian record for the 60-meter run with 6.51 seconds.

He qualified for the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles , where he competed in the 4 x 100 meter relay . Talal Mansour qualified for the semifinals and finished eighth there. He also competed in the 100-meter run and 4-by-100-meter relay for his home country Qatar at the 1988 and 1992 games . However, he did not make it into the final round. At the IAAF World Indoor Championships in 1993 , he finished the 60-meter run in 6.57 s and won the bronze medal. On October 15, 1994, he achieved his best performance in the 200-meter run and he finished the distance in 20.41 s.
