Faraj Saad Marzouk

Faraj Abdullah Saad Marzouk ( Arabic فرج عبد الله سعد مرزوق; * 1961 ) is a former Qatari athlete .

He was known as a sprinter and set his personal best in 1984 with 10.1 seconds in the 100 meter run .

He qualified for the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles , where he competed in the 100-meter run and 4-by-100-meter relay . Faraj Saad Marzouk finished the 100-meter run with 10.78 seconds and was eliminated from the competition in the first few laps. In the relay race qualified for the semi-finals and finished eighth there.

Also at the Olympic Games in 1988 he competed for his home country Qatar in the 4 x 100 meter relay. In the first lap he set his best Olympic time with 40.05 seconds in the 4 x 100 meter relay and finished in fifth place. He finished the semifinals in eighth place.
