The former Cunard Building is a 22-story skyscraper. It's located on 25 Broadway in southern Manhattan in New York City , right on Bowling Green . The architect was Benjamin Wistar Morris. The building was constructed from 1917 to 1921. It was listed as a Historic Monument by the Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1994 .

The building is the former headquarters of the Cunard Line , next door was also the headquarters of the competition, the White Star Line , and the Panama Pacific Line was also located in the building on the corner of the park. The building opened in 1919 at a time when New York Harbor was one of the most active in the world. The Renaissance- inspired facade is just as impressive as the high entrance hall, which people should enter to buy their tickets for transatlantic trips.
Today the building is a post office, inside the building there are still ornaments and decorations as you know them on Atlantic steamers.
