Cyrille Scherwey (born February 15, 1989 in Wünnewil-Flamatt , Switzerland ) is a professional ice hockey player from Switzerland who was under contract with EHC Olten from the National League B from February 2015 to the end of the 2016 season. His younger brother Tristan is also a hockey player.

Career

In his childhood and youth, Scherwey played for HC Friborg-Gottéron and until 2009 for HC Lugano . In the 2009/10 season he was signed by HC Sierre .

In August 2014 he completed a trial training at HC Ambrì-Piotta .

After the bankruptcy of the EHC Basel Sharks , he played for the EHC Basel Kleinhüningen in the third class first division in the 2014/15 season before he was signed by EHC Olten from the National League B in February .
