Dæmonen ( Danish for The Demon ) in Tivoli Gardens ( Copenhagen , Denmark ) is a steel roller coaster of the Floorless Coaster model by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which opened on April 16, 2004.
The cost of the railway amounted to 10 million euros. They were sponsored by Mazda , making Dæmonen the only sponsored attraction at Tivoli Gardens.
It is located in the park where the Slangen roller coaster was previously .
To reduce the noise of the train, the rails were filled with sand.
Trains
Dæmonen owns two trains with six cars each. Four people (one row) can be seated in each car. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
