Dörte Lütvogt

Dörte Lütvogt (born September 10, 1968 ) is a German Slavist and literary scholar .

Live and act

Dörte Lütvogt studied Slavic Studies , Economics and Political Science in Göttingen and Cracow from 1988 to 1997 . From 1998 to 2003 she did her doctorate in Polish literature at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz .

Lütvogt's areas of interest are Slavic literatures, especially the Polish . Her aim is an interdisciplinary approach that takes into account the complexity of the texts to be researched. In her thesis she examined texts by Wisława Szymborska and Olga Tokarczuk .
