Dürerstraße 2, Jordanstraße 15 is a listed residential building in the Magdeburg district of Sudenburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the Schneidersgarten settlement in a striking corner north of Dürerstrasse at the confluence with Jordanstrasse to the east .
Architecture and history
The three-storey plastered building was built from 1914 by master mason Otto Lindau in the late Art Nouveau style using forms of neoclassicism and reform architecture . Due to the effects of the First World War , the construction work had to be interrupted, so that it was not completed until 1919.
The corner situation is taken up by a polygonal arrangement of the building floor plan. Both facades have broad furnished with loggias and Zwerchhäusern sided risalits . The house entrances are also arranged on both streets. The decorations are used sparingly, in particular there are blind arches . The building is part of a perimeter block development , which also consists of buildings of the New Building .
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81 958 .
