Düzgeçit ( Arabic Zarnuqa ) is a village in the Midyat district of the Turkish province of Mardin . Düzgeçit is located about 43 km northeast of the provincial capital Mardin and 24 km northwest of Midyat. According to the last census, Düzgeçit had 109 inhabitants (as of December 2009). The population consists mainly of Mhallami Arabs.
