Dō-chashmī Hē ( Urdu دوچشمی ہے; ھ) is a letter of various expanded Arabic alphabets . The form of Dō-tschaschmī Hē is derived from the Hāʾ from the Arabic alphabet, but only the initial and medial form of the Arabic Hāʾ are used, which also function as an isolated or final form, while the isolated and final form of the Hāʾ is a take on another function.

In Urdu , Punjabi ( Shahmukhi ) and Sindhi , Dō-tschaschmī Hē forms digraphs together with certain consonant signs and denotes the aspirated pronunciation of the consonant.دھا In Urdu, for example, [dʱɑː] is the aspirated counter-support to the non-aspirated دا[dɑː]. The Chhotī Hē (ہ) for the voiceless glottal fricative [h].

In contrast to this is the sign ھin the Arabic alphabets of Uyghur , Kazakh and Sorani for the voiceless glottal fricative , while theە is used as a vowel letter.
