DJ Wolfe

De Vonne Jesron "DJ" Wolfe (born January 20, 1986 ) is a former American football player .

Life

Wolfe played at Eisenhower High School in Lawton , Oklahoma, and then in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 as a running back at the University of Oklahoma . Wolfe, also used in defense, was signed by the NFL team Atlanta Falcons after the end of his university days in 2008, but was released from his contract at the end of May 2008. He initially ended his career before moving to the Calanda Broncos in Switzerland in March 2011 . With the team from Chur he became Swiss champion in 2011, Wolfe received the award as the best player of the season. At the end of July 2012, he played a key role in the Graubünden's victory in the Eurobowl and was voted the best player of the game. Wolfe, who was considered one of the best football players in Europe, won the Swiss championship with the team in 2012 and 2013. In 2013 he was named the best player in the championship final. In March 2014 he was signed by the Swarco Raiders Tirol to play in the European Cup. Wolfe worked as a fitness trainer. Wolfe later played in his home country for the Oklahoma Thunder team in the GDFL league.
