Lübeck-based DJs and producers Herbert Fred Müller, Jan-Hendrik Geßner, Lennart Vonau and Ole van Dansk have been publishing electronic music from the dance and trance genres under the name DJs @ Work since 2001 . Her first single was the re-recording of Red 5's Rhythm & Drums , which was released under DJ Red 5 Vs. DJ's @ Work was released. The title reached number 55 in the single charts.

Her best-known singles are the new recordings of Rhythm & Drums, the Nena reinterpretation Someday… , the Fury in the Slaughterhouse reinterpretation Time 2 Wonder as well as the tracks Fly with Me (To the Stars) and Past Was Yesterday! .

In 2002 the group was nominated for the Echo and received the VIVA / ZDF Comet for Dance Act.

Ole van Dansk left the band in 2003. In 2005 he had another producer contract with Herbert Fred Müller for the single "No easy way out" and "Your love". But he did not become a returning part of the band. This year the last releases of the DJs @ Work appeared: The singles No Easy Way Out and Your Love.
