Doo ( Do′o ) is an Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ). It belongs to the district ( Kecamatan ) Ndao Nuse in the administrative district ( Kabupaten ) Rote Ndao (province East Nusa Tenggara ).
Doo is uninhabited and has an area of 192 ha. It is located west of the island of Roti .
